Sharon Blanchard-McCoy

I have spent much of my career in Corporate IT, and I 3-year sabbatical to run a gourmet shop and catering business. The business was truly an amazing part of my journey, but one that would not be my “forever dream”. I am a self-taught “Divine Chef”, and I’ve learned through avidly reading cookbooks, studying articles and whitepapers on clean food, eating locally, growing vegetables and getting back to simple, beautiful and delicious ingredients.

In 2023, I enrolled in the Academy of Holistic Nutrition to deepen my knowledge of food energetics, the powerful healing effects of eating the right foods for each season, healing the gut microbiome and the power of minerals in all of our miraculous bodily systems. I am enjoying this sunset phase of my corporate career while joyfully embracing my creativity, writing, cooking and preparing great meals!

I live with my husband on the Jersey Shore where we have been learning to fish
